Six Week Post-Natal Program
$60 per mom
Bring your baby to 6 weekly 90 minute sessions with expert speakers on topics such as Post-Natal Fitness, City Programs for families, baby dental concern, baby wearing, baby communication, mommy & baby nutrition, infant first aid, baby massage, hip class demonstrations for mommy & baby, returning to work and more! Siblings welcome!
At the end of the 6 weeks, you will be connected with a small group of moms that live in your neighbourhood!
Programs run five times per year in
January, March, May, September and November.
$60 per mom
