Infant Sleep Workshop: Presented by Sleep Matters – May 15, 2012

This class will be of interest to parents with infants up to 6 months old.

During this 1-hour session, you will:

  • Learn about the sleep stages your baby will go through from birth to age one. Topics include how much sleep your child needs, when to expect naps, bedtime routine and separation anxiety.
  • You will learn when your baby will be ready to try self soothing.
  • Learn how to prevent bad sleeping habits from forming.
  • Time will be allotted for your individual questions throughout presentation
