Mommy Connections Post-Natal programs were designed as an alternative to the traditional public programs. Our modernized programs are held during weekdays for 90 minutes over a period of 8 weeks and include expert speakers on topics such as post-natal fitness, baby wearing, diapering, baby communication, community programs, clubs and classes for mom & baby, dosing, baby dental concerns, nutrition, infant safety, infant massage, returning to work and more!  We strive to make our programs as interactive as possible so you can actually try out a class before officially registering for it!

• Babies are usually between 2-7 months old, but up to 1 is fine!
• You can take our programs as many times as you want!
• You do not have to be a first time mom

Mommy Connections Toddler Connections is for Mom & Toddler 12 months PLUS.   Similar to the original Mommy Connections concept, Toddler Connections will be a platform for moms to learn about products, businesses, classes, programs, moms clubs and more, with a strong focus on moms supporting moms through the challenging toddler years.  Moms will meet other moms in their neighborhood, meet new playmates for their toddlers, while learning and participating in some of the best programs that Edmonton has to offer.
