We are thrilled to provide our expectant families with options for their prenatal education. Our main goal at Mommy Connections is to create an environment where you can make real connections with other moms. We also know that reliable, realistic prenatal education for couples is an essential part of creating a wonderful entry to the world for your baby. Instead of trying to do everything at once, we have created two prenatal classes for you:

Moms Only: Fun & Social Pre Natal Class

This is not your average Pre Natal class! Join other women in various stages of their pregnancies in a fun, interactive, and social environment while you learn about the latest and greatest pregnancy trends. We bring in local experts every week to discuss topics ranging from breastfeeding and the benefits of a doula to pregnancy and postpartum fashion. This program is for women only and is suitable for a woman in any trimester of pregnancy. Ideally, you would take this class during your second trimester so you can take the Labor & Delivery Session (see below) immediately afterwards. At the end of the session, we will invite your partner to join us in a social mixer. We want you to learn from our experts while also forming strong bonds with other women in the same exciting stage of life.

The class will be held at Cafe Tiramisu, a modern and mommy-friendly cafe in the heart of Edmonton.

Couples Pre Natal: Labor, Delivery, & The First Weeks

This class is ideal for couples in their third trimester. Bring your birth support person (partner, doula, family member) to learn about what to expect during the labor and delivery of your baby. This class is taught by two Registered Nurses. This class is held for 2 hours every Tuesday evening for four weeks.

The class will be held at Cafe Tiramisu, a modern and mommy-friendly cafe in the heart of Edmonton.

Please note that although we have multiple locations in Edmonton & Area, we are holding a centralized pre natal program. One of Mommy Connections’ main goals is to connect you with other moms from your community.
