Recipe: Energy Booster Bites

 

 

 

 

 

 

What You Will Need:

  1. 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  2. 1 cup natural peanut butter (almond butter works too)
  3. 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or agave)
  4. 1/3 cup mini m&m’s (or chocolate chips)
  5. 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine everything in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed
  2. Scoop out mixture and formulate into balls
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  4. Serve on the go at room temperature
