Your body is feeling healed and you are on your path to physical recovery postpartum. You are feeling comfortable taking baby out of the house. You are looking forward to getting active again after having your baby or you are looking to get healthier than you were before baby. You want to try a new fitness class but don’t want to commit to an 8-week (or longer) session. You don’t even know what’s available to you now that you have a baby! This program is for you.
This Mama Moves program runs 6 weeks and is all about activities for you and baby! Examples of potential activities include Mom & Baby Fitness, Mom and Baby Barre, Swimming, Muay Thai and much more! We meet once a week for an hour, the first 45 minutes will be an activity while the last 15 minutes (or more) will be a chance to connect as a group and discuss new topics every week that are relevant to Moms with babies! This class will be held in various locations around Durham Region.
*Some outdoor activites may be scheduled weather permitting.
*Suitable for mamas with babies 0-15 months.
When: Fridays, September 20 – October 25
Time: 10am – 11am *Start times may vary slightly depending on the activity
Where: Various locations in Durham (staying between Pickering and Oshawa)
Cost: $115 + HST
