Tara from London Head Massage

Welcome back to our latest Feature Friday! Today we’d love to introduce you to Tara who specializes in head massages. Again thank you, Tara, for taking the time to answer our questions and for telling us all about you!

How do you help people?

My name is Tara Robinson-Kovach and I help people with migraines, headaches, aches and pains…And stress!!   We all seem to be connected 24/7 and our health is showing our stress levels.  I do therapeutic massage and I specialize in cranial massage.

I had my first head massage in the 80’s and fell in love.  I found it brought my anxiety level down immediately.  I took an Indian Head Massage course in 2012 and began perfecting my skills with willing family and friends.  Four years later I decided to become a full-time massage practitioner by getting more education.

What’s your favourite part about what you do?

I love helping people improve their quality of life.  Migraines are a huge problem for many women.   I have been able to help countless women attain a more painless life with fewer and less severe migraines.  I also offer pure relaxation with therapeutic massage, along with hot stone massage.

What do you do to unwind after work?

In my spare time, you will typically find me with a book and a big cup of coffee in hand.  I love reading self-help and studying natural living.

What was the hardest part about creating your business?

Creating my business was difficult as a head massage while being thousands of years old, is somewhat new to North America. I have spent countless hours educating people on social media what head massage is and how it can benefit them.

Is there anything else you would like to say?

I love improving the quality of people’s lives by reducing pain, sometimes lending an ear or giving people healing touch and some time to just slow down and just be with their own thoughts.
I make people happy, and I love being able to do that.

My website is www.londonheadmassage.com
