Tangy Cheese Sandwhich


  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 2 slices of tomato, cucumber and red onion
  • 3 slices swiss cheese
  • Pita bread


  1. Spread a halve pita round with mayonnaise and horseradish
  2. Fill with tomato, cucumber and red onion
  3. Top with cheese slices
  4. Place another pita on top
