Hey there, mama-to-be!
Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your baby-to-be! As your due date approaches, one of the best things you can do is put aside the to-do list (the stroller research, nursery decorating, and million other tasks can wait!) and prepare YOU for what’s to come.
You’re invited to join us on Sunday, June 9th for an afternoon workshop where we’ll do just that. You’ll gain valuable knowledge to help you prepare for childbirth and the early postpartum period (the ‘fourth trimester’ when babe would rather be back inside the comfy hotel you created than in the outside world!), and – perhaps most importantly – meet a tribe of supportive women who are at the same stage as you.
We’ll delve into preparing your body physically for childbirth, nutrition, and what to expect when it comes to breastfeeding. Then we’ll facilitate a discussion amongst your fellow moms-to-be so that you don’t feel so alone in this crazy adventure. And finally, we’ll finish off with a relaxing prenatal exercise class, suitable for all fitness levels.
This workshop is for women only, and is designed to complement – not replace – a more traditional prenatal program. There will be time for socializing, and you’ll also leave with a special gift bag.
To reserve your spot, click “add to cart” and then checkout at the right hand side of the screen (pink box).

Caitlin, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
The New Mummy Company
Caitlin in an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She currently works in the hospital setting, helping parents and babies both in the postpartum special care nursery, as well as helping families with infant feeding in the comforts of their own home. She has been an educator through Mohawk College’s breastfeeding program, as well as the instructor for infant feeding in the PNSW program.
Her passion for helping families with their feeding goals developed after the birth of her first baby. While her baby was in NICU care, she hired a Lactation Consultant to help with her breastfeeding goals. It was then that she realized she wanted to help other parents and families with newborns, and started her path to becoming an IBCLC while on mat leave.
