Join other local Mamas and babies of ALL AGES for our one week camp to focus on your health!
We will come together every morning from July 17-21st to:
*experience workouts led by a variety of local fitness experts
*learn valuable information about postnatal nutrition and meal planning
*spend time outdoors
*Meet other local moms interested in future walks, workouts and quality time with babe
9:30-10:15: Experience a workout class led by a local expert
10:15-11:45: Stroller/Carrier Walk (babies may nap at this time)
11:45-12:30: Picnic with friends
