Do you like to be active and set personal goals? Then our Mom and Baby Active Program is for you! Join other local moms and babies for 8 weeks to reframe your mindset and begin a journey to loving the body you’re in.
This program is not just about fitness. It’s about learning to nourish, love, appreciate, and care for our postpartum bodies. We’ll sample different Mom and Baby fitness activities from our community, and learn all about our pelvic floor and cores and how to approach exercise safely. We’ll spend time after each class with group activities that will leave us feeling more confident, positive, and empowered! We will also have one week when we are joined by Purple Elephant Photography for Mom and Baby Photos.
Come kick your fall off with other like-minded women on the path to living a stronger, healthier lifestyle.

Q: How old should my baby be when I register?
A: The ideal time to do this program is when your baby is two months and older, so long as your health care provider has cleared you for moderate exercise. We also welcome ‘older’ babies.
If your baby is older, we offer a Mini Movers program for 8 to 18 month olds, and a very popular Travelling Tots program for 1.5 to 4 years.
Q: Can I attend just a few classes?
A: Single sessions are not available. A huge focus of our program is community building, which can only be created when a group is consistent from start to finish.
Q: How many moms are in each class?
A: We aim to keep classes at or below 17 participants to foster a cozy, community feel.

A: You will receive a schedule via email before your session begins.

A: You will receive a schedule via email before your session begins. A sample schedule is available below. We cannot guarantee that a particular type of class (like CPR, yoga, or music) will be a part of any given session. Class topics change slightly from session to session and are subject to local experts’ availability. We can, however, promise you a great mix of things!
