A Babylicious Dinner Date At Boehmer

This past week I had the honour of joining 3 of my favourite little dudes on a fun Babylicous date at Boehmer. Babylicious is a mom & baby dining event created and sponsored by President’s Choice Organics Baby Food. At 8 restaurants across Toronto babies were treated to a delicious and nutritious 3-course meal while mom dined on some of the best food in the city.

From the moment we arrived at the parking lot by Boehmer, we knew we were in the right place. Young families descended upon the trendy Ossington strip, and strollers and diaper bags spilled out of SUVS for the 5:30 dinner seating.

Once at the restaurant, the kids were greeted with high chairs, utensils and their own special Babylicious bibs. The folks at President’s Choice also shipped in change tables, diapers, and even a diaper genie!

The babies were quickly served their “appetizer” of Broccoli and Kale Whole Grain Corn Puffs which gave us moms some time to relax and order our own $35 prix fixe meal. Throughout dinner the servers didn’t bat an eye when peas hit the floor, and they patiently played the “pick up the thrown spoon” game over and over.

It was a wonderful surprise at the end of the meal when each mom received a gift box full of PC Organics products and coupons.IMG_5868 - Version 2

The overall vibe was social and communal as we chatted with the other moms and babes seated at tables next to us. They all echoed the same comments, how wonderful it was to be able to enjoy a night out at one of Toronto’s top restaurants along side their favourite pint sized foodie.
