My name is Linnden and I am the Program Director for Mommy Connections Lethbridge.  I am the mother to a beautiful little girl, the wife to a very patient husband, I am a fitness instructor, a friend, a multi-tasker, and a go-getter.  I am addicted to candy and coffee, and I love anything pink and purple!

I have worked in the health and fitness industry since I moved to Lethbridge in 2005.  I  most recently was working in upper management for a large Canadian-owned fitness company.  After the birth of my daughter in 2008, and taking a year off on maternity leave, I returned to my corporate career.   Balancing work and family proved to be quite the juggling act, so in February of 2011 I made the difficult decision to leave my “office” job for my “work-at-home-mom job”.  I started and founded Perfect Fit Pre & Postnatal Fitness in Lethbridge, where I offer Mom &  Baby Bootcamps, and specialize in Stroller Fitness classes.

Shortly after starting my own business, I came across Mommy Connections.  What a perfect fit for my life!  I can now combine my love for helping people, connecting moms, providing support and resources for parents in the community, contribute to my own family, and still be the mom that I desire to be!

I am SO excited to be a part of Mommy Connections and I can’t wait to meet all of the mamas and wee ones in Lethbridge and area!
